In 1972 Mr. Ali Khalifeh founded the establishment as a retail store for paints under his own name “ Ali Khalifeh Est. ” with low operational evel (one worker). In 1990, the two brothers: Youssef and Mohamad Khalifeh joined the establishment under the establishment’s new name “ Ali Khalifeh & Sons Est.” .The new owners decided to vertically integrate by adding manufacturing operations toes and they started to anufacture their own products. This has made a major change to their operations in terms of positioning, competition, sals and cost structure. rael, they started to export to Africa where a great potential was found there in that new market. And lately the partners have succeeded in obtaining the exclusive rights to sell and distribute the universal trademark National Paints in Lebanon.
